Ed Stermer was raised in the Wellsboro area until his family moved to Florida when he was a teenager.  Ed started building things at the age of 9 - helping his father remodel the family home.  Ed and his wife Carolyn started building their log cabin near Westfield in 2001.  In May 2009 they moved back to Pennsylvania to live in their log cabin.

(Note:  Ed will be adding more of his personal history - including how he harvested the logs from his property to build their cabin and all the steps it took to complete the cabin.  Photos of the exterior and interior will be added.
